Biography
Background
Dr. Bergado is passionate about raising awareness on the importance of comprehensive eye examinations for all age groups and strives to thoroughly educate patients on the correlation between their overall well-being and the health of their eyes. Dr. Bergado’s professional training was heavily focused on ocular disease, and she has extensive experience with the diagnosis and management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye syndrome, and other forms of pathology. Dr. Bergado sees patients ages 4 and up. Dr. Bergado currently holds memberships with the Delaware Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

I look forward to providing a safe space for my patients so that they may feel absolutely comfortable with asking me about any and all of their eye-related concerns.
