Background
Dr. Winchell has 10 years of experience in providing eye care for families who come to Simon Eye. She has trained in ocular disease at the Wilmer Eye Institute and the VA Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. While in Boston, Dr. Winchell had the opportunity to work with the team doctor for the Boston Red Sox.
What I am most excited to bring to Simon Eye
Being a native Delawarean, I enjoy treating local patients and getting to know their entire families. My goal is to make sure their eyes stay healthy for a lifetime.
