Biography

Background

Dr. Ries has spent the last 10 years, practicing primary care optometry, in busy ophthalmology practices. During this time, she not only focused on primary eye care, but also managed ocular pathology, co-managed post-operative cataract patients and provided specialty contact lens fittings. She completed her Ocular Disease Residency at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2013.

What I am most excited to bring to Simon Eye

I am excited about providing comprehensive ophthalmic care for the community and cultivating lasting relationships with my patients. I have a special interest in primary eye care, ocular pathology and contact lenses.
